WHAT WE DO
What It Takes (WiT) creates exciting learning spaces for practitioners, teams and organisations to build and deepen skills and capacity to partner and collaborate across communities with whānau, in teams and across organisations.
Guided by the Partnership Compass, empathic action activates the necessary ingredients to develop and sustain successful relationships that facilitate positive outcomes.
"We do not learn from experiences we learn from reflecting on our experiences."
-John Dewey
HOW WE WORK
We use a systems lens in our work with individuals, teams, organizations and communities, Viewing all parts of the system as an ecology.
We use a suite of principles, practices and tools underpinned by "My Working World" and our "Partnership Compass"
We intentionally and dynamically work at the junction where practice based evidence meets evidence based practice.
